Ingleby Farms & Forests ApS is looking for a student assistant (or part-time colleague) to join Ingleby Farms & Forests ApS's Production & Sustainability team. Working closely with the Operational & Sustainability Reporting Manager, you will gain hands-on experience with how regenerative agriculture, sustainability, production data, and global projects are managed and used in practice. The role and responsibilities will be adapted to best reflect the key strengths and qualifications of the candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Ingleby Farms & Forests ApS's global regenerative agriculture programme.
- Support the management of Ingleby Farms & Forests ApS's global project portfolio.
- Help maintain and develop the overview of Ingleby Farms & Forests ApS's field trials.
- Prepare and refine PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
- Support the improvement of templates, tools, and ways of working.
- Take on ad hoc tasks across production and sustainability.
Ideal profile
- Bachelor or Master student (or graduate) within agronomy, environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
- You are passionate about regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming systems.
- You are motivated to take responsibility and contribute in a small, hands-on team.
- You have a structured mindset and pay attention to detail.
- You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across teams and cultures.
- You have solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- You have strong English skills, both written and verbal.
Ingleby Group Office
The position is based at Ingleby Farms & Forests ApS's group office in Vallø near Vallø Station and Køge. Ingleby Farms & Forests ApS is an international team of 15 people within Production, Sustainability, Finance, Communication, People & Culture and Sales.
You will work closely with the Operational & Sustainability Reporting Manager and collaborate with colleagues across functions and countries. The work hours (10-20 hours/week) and days on location are flexible, with considerations given to exam periods, and will be agreed with your manager.
